~Garwood Interiors Upholstery has been fabricating, renewing, and restoring interior furniture for over ten years. Our highly skilled upholsters and craftsmen specialize in custom and antique furniture such as sofas, chairs, headboards, cornices, ottomans, and much more. Whether you would like to have your piece reupholstered - worked in the inside (replacing foam, new fillings, springs, and new fabric) or simply just want to recover (changing the outside fabric for a fresher appearance), we use modern durable materials along with traditional trade skills so you can get a custom look that you cannot get in any store. We have our own workroom where everything is done in house and taken care of personally. Whether residential or commercial, we can revive an antique or create custom upholstered furniture from scratch with unique and exact specifications.
HOW DOES THE UPHOLSTERY PROCESS WORK?
~We take a look at the piece of furniture you would like to have redone or made by scratch. This can be done by either bringing the piece to our shop, making an appointment at furniture location, or attaching a picture (or sketch) of the furniture with dimensions via email for a quote. There is no charge for appointments or quote requests. Next, we will be in touch with you about the price and details of the job including fabric yardage required, lead time, and other specifics. If an agreement is met, an appointment will be scheduled to pick-up the furniture if necessary. We then contact you when it’s ready and arrange a time to pick-up or deliver.
